Delicious! Really like having so much ingredient choice without needing to order a plate of a single ingredient in a traditional hot pot place. The bone broth is amazing and easy to tailor to salinity or spicy level either with the broth directly or through the self-service sauce bar. Kid-friendly (10+) as kids enjoy picking their own bowl and ingredients, though they may need some assistance reaching items from the back. Ambiance is casual and modern. Will come back!

Dry noodle was good. Service was fast. Restaurant was clean. Not too loud. The price is pretty good at 14.99 a lb. You also get free wonton chips, we thoroughly enjoyed the sauce bar as well

I love this place! Getting to pick your own ingredients is fun and lets you create your own perfect soup. The second time we went, they forgot to add my meat into the soup and I was too shy to bring it up but my girlfriend did and they let me remake my soup and keep the other one! They were super generous! I now have some great leftovers. They are super nice and the food is tasty, what more do you need? The highers levels of spiciness can get really spicy, so keep that in mind lol. My girlfriend is always determined to try the higher levels of spice and always wishes she went with a lower level. Luckily for her I order with no spice so she just uses my broth haha.

Came here on a Tuesday night and it was surprisingly busy but we were seated right away! So you can choose between dry pot or soup and it's the same price. Usually places charge more for dry pot but not here! They have fresh noodles which is the one I got. I also got extra spicy and it was pretty good! Good flavors and has a good kick. The bowls are hugeeeee! Been to these food lately and this definitely my too 3!

Absolutely loved this place! Grab a bowl, put in your desired toppings, choose your noodle and your soup base (and spice level) and they cook it and bring it to your table! My main focus was the noodles and the soup base. I was able to get fresh noodles and a new soup base which was a yellow curry. The bowls are huge so we had plenty of leftovers.

I wasn't able to join the Elite Event here several months ago so I decided to take my son here for lunch after hearing how good it was. This is comfort food at it's best. You walk in, grab a large bowl and tongs and start loading your bowl with meats and vegetables (it will fill up but everything cooks down) then choose one of three amazing broths and they cook it for you. They greet you and ask where you want to sit and bring you drinks to your table. Very nice atmosphere, very clean. The broth alone is amazing and you can add just about anything you want. Neither of us could finish the large quantity but they brought nice to go containers and a bag for us to take it home. We got 3 days out of this amazing meal. The cost is by the pound but it is well worth it. I paid $36 for these two loaded bowls that were amazing!
